Santa MonIca CEQ.;'~ GUlde~:..nes, and ttat che C:;.. ty Councll has
revlewed and conSldered the contents of the Flnal EIR In Its
decls~on-maklng process.
SECTION 2. The C~ty Clerk shall certIfy to the adopt~on of
