AMENDMENT
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN

CITY OF SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA
AND
MANAGEMENT TEAM ASSOCIATES
The term of the current Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the
city of Santa Monica and the Management Team Associates is from July 1,
1991 through June 30, 1993. Both parties to said MOU agreed to reopen
the MOU for the purpose of meeting and conferring to modify a section of
the MOU. The modification to the MOU which has been agreed to by both
parties is set forth herein. said modification to the MOU shall be
eff~c~~~~_~s~f July 1, 1992. Except as specified below, the remainder
of the Memorandum~ Understanding remains unchanged.
