RESOLUTION NO. 8493(CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA APPROVING A "ONE-STEP, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL" METHOD
TO HIRE A CONSULTANT TO PERFORM THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
FOR THE UPGRADING AND MODERNIZATION OF TRAFFIC
SIGNALS ON WILSHIRE BOULEVARD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The city council of the City of Santa
Monica does hereby approve the nOne-step, Request for
Proposal" method to hire a consultant to perform the
construction management for the Upgrading and Modernization
of Traffic signals on Wilshire Boulevard.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
