RESOLUTION NO. 8492(CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 14 TO THE LOCAL AGENCY/STATE
AGREEMENT NO. 07-5107 FOR FEDERAL AID URBAN FUNDS FOR THE
UPGRADING AND MODERNIZATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS ON
WILSHIRE BOULEVARD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City council of the City of Santa Monica does
hereby approve and authorize the City Manager to execute program
Supplement No. 14 to Local Agency/State Agreement No. 07-5107
setting forth the proportionate shares of the cost of the
Upgrading and Modernization of Traffic Signals on Wilshire
Boulevard.
SECTION 2. The city Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
