RESOLUTION NUMBER 8343 (CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING DISABLED PARKING
ZONES ADJACENT TO 2602 22ND STREET, 1617 BERKELEY STREET, AND
1818 OAK STREET
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Monica has
enacted an ordinance enabling ind1v1duals to request parking
zones for disabled persons; and
WHEREAS, the City has received requests for parking zones
for the d1sabled; and
WHEREAS, the Parking and Traffic Engineer has considered
the requests and concluded, based upon the factors stated in
Municipal Code section 3366A, that disabled parking zones may be
lnstalled at the requested locatlons,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That parking zones for the disabled are
hereby establlshed adj acent to 2602 22nd street, 1617 Berkeley
street, and 1818 Oak Street.
SECTION 2. The city Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th1S Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
