RESOLUTION NUMBER 8343(CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING DISABLED PARKING
ZONES ADJACENT TO 2602 22ND STREET, 1617 BERKELEY STREET, AND
1818 OAK STREET
WHEREAS, the City council of the City of Santa Monlca has
enacted an ordinance enabling lndividuals to request parking
zones for dlsabled persons: and
WHEREAS, the City has recelved requests for parking zones
for the disabled; and
WHEREAS, the parking and Traffic Engineer has consldered
the requests and concluded, based upon the factors stated in
MunlClpal Code section 3366A, that disabled parklng zones may be
installed at the requested locatlons,
NO\-l, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That parking zones for the dlsabled are
hereby established adjacent to 2602 22nd street, 1617 Berkeley
street, and 1818 Oak Street.
SECTION 2. The Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of thlS Resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
