Pursuant to Streets and H1ghways Code Section 5880, the
Street Supenntendent lS dlrected to commence the construct1on of concrete
gutters and street resurfac1ng SlXty (60) days after glv1ng not1ce
Sect10n
5614 calls for the Street Super1ntendent to repa1r damaged sldewalks,
dn veways and curbs hJO (2) weeks after 91 V1 ng not 1 ce and ~-'Jhere property
owners have not d111gently and w1thout 1nterrupt1on prosecuted the repa1r work
to completlon.
SECTION 4
The C1ty Clerk shall cert1fy to the adopt1on of th1S
Resolut1on, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be 1n full force and
effect.
