A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA ESTABLISHING THE GANN APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1991-92
WHEREAS, the C,ty Council lS requlred under the provlsions of
Government Code Sectlon 7910 and Artlcle XIIIB of the Cal,fornla Constltution
to establlsh its appropriatlons 11m,t by resolutlon; and
WHEREAS, documentation used 1n the determ1nation of the
appropriatlons limlt has been available to the publ1C for f1fteen days prlor
to th,s meeting as requ,red by Government Code Sectlon 7910.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. For purposes of Artlcle XIIIB of the Californla
Constitutlon, the City of Santa Monlca appropriatlons l1mlt for the f,scal
year 1991-92 shall be $71,750,466.
SECTION 2. The C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adoptlOn of the
Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be 1n full force and
effect.
