RESOLUTION NO. 7514(CCS)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING
SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR THE
POSITION OF CITY CLERK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The following salary level is hereby
established for the indicated classification, effective on the
following dates:
CITY CLERK 7/5/87
l/3/88
$4, 182/month ($4,475 with PERS)
$4,266/month
($4,565 with PERS)
SECTION 2: The benefits accorded to this position shall
be the same as for members of the Executive Pay Plan with the
exception of participation in the performance bonus pool.
wi th regard to the retiree medical insurance
prov1s1on of the Executive Pay plan, up to five years of credit
in calculating program eligibility shall be given for service in
another public local, state or federal agency.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
