OF SANTA MONICA ORDERING THE VACATION OF A
PORTION OF TWENTY-SECOND COURT AND SANTA
MONICA PLACE NORTH IN THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA, CALIFORNIA

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Santa
Monica, having heard the evidence offered in relation to the
proposed vacation of that portion of the alley known as
Twenty-Second Court and Santa Monica Place North as shown in
Block 4 on Map of Tract Number 4618, in the City of Santa Monica,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, recorded in Book 49,
Page 80 of Maps in the off ice of the Recorder of said County,
hereby finds from all of the evidence submitted that the portion
of the alley above referred to and proposed to be vacated by
Resolution No.
7477(CCS)
is unnecessary for present or
prospective street purposes and the vacation is consistent with
the General Plan of the City of Santa Monica.
For full
particulars, reference hereby is made to Resolution No.
7477(CCS).
Section 2.
The portion of Twenty-second Court and
Santa Monica Place North as shown on attached drawing is hereby
vacated.
Section 3 .
Pursuant to streets and Highways Code
Section 8325, the City Clerk shall also cause a copy of this

Resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Los Angeles. Upon such recording, the vacation
shall be complete.
section 4 .
The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
