A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION AND
MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL TRANSFORMER AND
APPURTENANT EQUIPMENT AT 612 COLORADO AVENUE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Southern California Edison company
requires a Grant of Easement for construction and maintenance of
electrical transformer equipment; for the Airport control Tower
and
WHEREAS, in order to provide the required transformer,
the use of public property is required; and
WHEREAS, the Southern California Edison Company desires
that the city grant an easement for the use of the public
property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that an easement is of
direct benefit to the City of Santa Monica.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The grant of easement to Southern
California Edison Company is approved and the city Manager is
