A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
REVERTING TO ACREAGE TRACT 40018 AND
ACCEPTING AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION
MAP OF TRACT NO. 17568
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Ca1~fornia Government Code
66499.16 , there ~s no dedicat~on or offer of dedication neces-
sary for present or prospective public purposes wh~ch will be
vacated or abandoned by the reverSlon to acreage and all owners
of an ~nterest ~n the real property w1thin the subdiv~s~on have
consented to the reversion.
SECTION 2. That Tract No. 40018 1n the C~ty of Santa Monica
be and is hereby reverted to acreage.
SECTION 3. That the Map of Tract No. 17568 in the City of
Santa Mon1ca be and the same hereby accepted and approved.
SECTION 4. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of the Map of Tract No. 17568
this order authenticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of th1S Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be 1n full force and effect.
