RESOLUTION NO. 7302(CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA SETTING A HEARING
DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO
THE REPORT OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF
STREETS REGARDING REPAIR OF SIDEWALKS,
DRIVEWAYS AND CURBS (SR-86-89)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The SuperIntendent of Streets wIll file a
report of repaIr pursuant to Sect Ion 5617 of the Str eets and
HIghways Code of the State of CalIfornia, relatIng to the
construction of certaIn improvements to sIdewalks and drIveways
at 410 19th Street, 2210 Hill Street, 2615 5th Street, 2349 HIll
Street, 606 WIlshIre Blvd., 802 7th Street, 222 Euclid Street,
213 EuclId Street, 610 21st Place, 2016 MarIne Street, 2406 21st
Street, 807 ArIzona Avenue., 327 EuclId Street, 323 15th Street,
737 Ashland Street, 944 12th Street, 1107 Grant Street, 124 Santa
MonIca 31 vd., and 2209 Montana Avenue, all wi thIn the C1 ty of
Santa Monica.
SECTION 2.
Pursuant to Sect ion 5600 et seq. of sa Id
code, the CIty CouncIl does hereby order and declare that on the
14th day of OctOber, 1986, at 7:30 P.M., In the CouncIl Chambers
o f the CIty Hall, It will hear and pas s upon the report by the
Superintendent of Streets of the cost of repaIr, together WIth
any obJ ect ions or protests, if any, which may be ra ised by any
property owne~ lIable to be assessed fo~ the cost of such repaIr
and any other Interested persons.

SECTION 4.
The Superlntendent of Streets lS hereby
directed to mall notlces, ln the manner and form prescrlbed by
law1 of the cost of repalr and of the adoption of thlS Resolutlon
to all persons ownlng real propert y affected by the s ldewalk
assessment repalr program, whose names and addresses appear on
the last equalized assessment roll for the Clty taxes or as known
to the Clty Clerk.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoptlng
of thlS Resolutlon1 and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
