RESOLUTION NO. 7301(CCS)
(CITY COUNCIL SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR
ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF ASSESSMENTS FOR UNDERGROUNDING OF UTILITIES
AT 1313, 1421 AND 1425 OCEAN FRONT WALK.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Superlntendent of St~eets will file a
report of work pursuant to Ordlnance 1350 (CCS) of the Santa
Monlca Municlpal Code relatlng to the undergrounding of utlllties
at 1313, 1421 and 1425 Ocean Front Walk, all wIthln the Clty of
Santa Monica.
SECTION 2. Pursuant to Ordlnance 1350 (eCS) the Clty
Council does hereby order and declare that on the 13th day of
October, 1986, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, it will
hear and pass upon any and all objections or protests to the
report of work of the Superlntendent of Streets, and the amount
of the assessment asslgned agaInst the real property descrlbed in
sald report.
SECTION 3. All protests or objectIons must be 1n
wrltlng and flled w1th the Clty Clerk on or before the time set
for hearing of protests and obJectlons.
SECTION 4. The SuperIntendent of Streets 1S hereby
dlrected to mall notlces, iD the manner and form prescribed by
Oridnance 1350 (CeS), of the adopt1on of this resolutlon to all

persons owning real property In the hereInbefore descrIbed
assessment dIstrict whose names and addresses appear on the last
equalized assessment roll for the City taxes or as known to the
City Clerk.
SECTION 5. That the CIty Clerk shall certIfy to the
adoptIon of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
