RESOLUTION NO. 7263(CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING AN INDUSTRIAL WASTE
QUALITY SURCHARGE FOR THE CLASSIFICATION
LAUNDRY-LINEN AND GENERAL
WHEREAS, Section 7143B(C) of the Santa Monica Municipal Code
provides for the establishment of an industrial waste quality surcharge
from time to time by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7232 (CCS) adopted June 10, 1986
established industrial waste quality surcharge rates for all existing
industrial classifications except the classification Laundry-Linen and
General due to a clerical ommission.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That effective July 22, 1986, the industrial waste
quality surcharge for the classification Laundry-Linen and General shall be
7.65 csents per HCF:
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full
force and effect.
