A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA ESTABLISHING THE GANN APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1992-93
WHEREAS, the C1ty Councll lS requ1red under the provls1ons of
Government Code Sectlon 7910 and Artlcle XIIIB of the Callfornla Constltutlon
to establ1sh lts approprlatlons llmlt by resolut1on; and
WHEREAS. documentatlon used ln the determlnatlon of the
appropr1at1ons llmlt has been avallable to the publlC for flfteen days prlor
to thlS meetlng as requlred by Government Code Sect10n 7910.
NOW, THEREFORE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS,
SECTION 1
For purposes of Art1cle XIIIB of the Cal1forn1a
Const1tut1on. the C1ty of Santa Mon1ca appropnatlOns 11mlt for the flscal
year 1992-93 shall be $83,684,834
SECTION 2. The Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlOn of the
Resolut1on. and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be 1n full force and
effect
