A RESOLUTION OF ~HE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA M1ENDING
SALARY AND BENEFI~S FOR THE POSITION
OF CI~Y CLERK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA lWNICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Effective July 1, 1991, the salary for the
city Clerk shall be $6,296 per month.
SECTION 2: The benefits accorded to this position
shall be the same as for the members of the Executive Pay Plan
with the exception of the merit bonus pool.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of the Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
