REMOVAL OF DAMAGED PAVEMENT IN PARKWAY AREAS AND APPURTENANT

the manner requlred by law, and
WHEREAS, any and all written obJectlons and protests to the work of
the extent of the dl strict to be assessed were heard and consldered by the
Clty Councll,
NOW, THEREFORE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ~10NICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

5614 calls for the Street Superlntendent to repalr damaged sldewalks,
dn ve\'lays and curbs two (2) weeks after 91 V1 ng noil ce and vJhere property
owners have not d1l1gently and w1thout 1nterrupt1on prosecuted the repa1r work
to completion.
SECTION 4. The C1ty Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoptlOn of th1S
Resolut1on, and thereafter the same shall be 1n full force and effect.
