RESOLUTION NUMBER 8401(CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING DISABLED PARKING
ZONES ADJACENT TO 1221 FRANKLIN STREET, 125 PACIFIC STREET,
1547 STANFORD STREET AND 621 BAY STREET
WHEREAS, the city council of the City of Santa Monica has
enacted an ordlnance enabling individuals to request parking
zones for disabled persons: and
WHEREAS, the city has received requests for parking zones
for the disabled; and
WHEREAS, the Parking and Traffic Engineer has considered
the requests and concluded, based upon the factors stated in
Munlcipal Code section 3366A, that disabled parking zones may be
lnstalled at the requested locatlons,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That parklng zones for the dlsabled are
hereby established adjacent to 1221 Franklin street, 125 Pacific
Street, 1547 Stanford Street and 621 Bay Street.
SECTION 2. The city Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
