MunICIpal Code to read as follows:

Fees.
The CIty (ounCII of the CIty oi
Santa MonIca shall establIsh and amend
from tIme to tIme proceSSIng fees for
tenant
partICIpatIng
converSIon
opplIcatIons pursuant to ArtIcle XX of
the CIty Charter.
SECTION 2.
Any prOVISIon of the Santa Monica MuniCIpal
Code or appendIces thereto InconSIstent WIth the prOVISIons of
th16 ordinance, to the e~tent of such InconSIstencies and no
fur U-'er,
16 hereby repealed or moJlfled to
that extent
necessary to affect the PfovISlon5 of thiS ordInance.
