AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
ADDING SECTION 3393F TO THE SANTA
MONICA MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Section 3393F is added to the Santa Monica
Municipal Code to read as follows:
Section 3393F. parkin9 Meter Zone
"Pll.
( 1 ) All
parking lots owned or
operated by the City of Santa Mon1ca,
excepting those parking lots owned by the
parking Authority of the City of Santa
Monica, shall constItute Zone "F".
(2) parking
vehicle

a
designated space in Zone "F" shall be
lawful for 60 minutes upon the deposit of
25 cents in coin, and for an addItional
60 minutes for each 25 cents in coin
deposited thereafter.
(3) ParkIng

be

established by resolution of the City

SECTION 2.
Any provlsion of the Santa MonIca MunIcipal
Code or appendices thereto inconsistent herewith, to the extent
of such inconsistencies and no further, are hereby repealed or
modified to that extent necessary to effect the provisions of
this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance, and each part hereof, shall be
fully severable. If any part of this ordlnance is declared to be
invalld for any reason, such declaration of Invalidity shall not
affect the remaining parts of this ordinance.
SECTION 4. The Mayor shall sign and the City Clerk shall
attest to the passage of this ordinance. The City Clerk shall
cause the same to be published once in the official newspaper
wlthin fifteen (IS) days after its adoption. The ordinance shall
become effective after thirty (30) days from its adoption.
