O1195 .. <- e e CA:SSS:LBC:se Council Meeting 12/09/80 e e Santa Monica, California ORDINANCE NO. 1195 (City Council Ser~es) AN ORDINAJ1CE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA, AMENDING SECTION 3393C AND 3393D OF THE SN1TA MON1CA MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCREASE ON STREET PARKING METER RATES IN PARKING !1ETER ZONE C. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Sections 3393C and 3393D are hereby amended and as amended shall read as follows: SECTION 33 93C. Parklng Meter Zone "Clt. (1) All streets within the C~ty not specifi- cally descrlbed in this sectlon shall constl.- tute Zone "C". (2) Parking a vehicle ln a desiqnated space 1.n Zone "C" shall be lawful for 60 minutes upon the deposit of 10 cents in coin and for an additional 60 minutes for each 10 cents in coin deposited thereafter. (3) Parklng meters shall be operated J.O Zone "e" every day between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.~. except Sundays and holJ.days. SECTION 3393D. ParkJ.ng Meter Zone "DIt. (I) The followl.ng nan:ed and described, streets or portion of streets of the City shall constitute Zone "D"; namely ~-;:. e e - e (a) P1CO Boulevard to the South Cltv Limits, Nellson Nav to Ocean Avenue - Barnard Nay lnclusive. (b) All of the westerly portlon of Llnco1n Boulevard from Mlchigan to Pica Boulevard. (c) Both sldes of 28th Street and 31st Street south of Ocean Park Boulevard. (d) Ocean Park Boulevard between 25th Street and Centinela Avenue and all streets intersecting Ocean Park Boulevard fro~ that lntersect~on to a point 300 feet north. (2) Parklng a vehlcle in a designated space ln Zone "D" shall be lawful for 60 Minutes upon the deposit of 25 cents ~n coin,. and for an addlt~onal 60 minutes for each 25 cents in coin deposlted thereafter. (3) Parklng Heters shall be operated in Zone "1)" every day between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. SEC~ION 2. Any provlslon of the Santa Mon~ca Munlclpal Code or appendlces thereto lncons~stent therewith, to the extent of such ~ncons~stencles and no further, are hereby repealed or modl- fled to that extent necessarv to affect the provlslons of th1S ordinance. SECT ION 3.
