A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA SETTING FEES
FOR PROVIDING EMPLOYEE ON-STREET PARKING PERMITS
WHEREAS, the Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 3.10.040 allows for the
City Council to establish a fee for employee on-street parking permits; and,
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared an analysis of the estimated reasonable
costs and proposed fees related to these permits; and
WHEREAS, the fees established by this Resolution are no more than necessary
to recover the costs of the service provided; and
WHEREAS, a copy of this analysis and the proposed fees was made available
on March 24, 2006 at the City Clerk's Office,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following fees for employee on-street parking permits are
hereby adopted:
Permit Fee: $30 per quarter year; permit renewable quarterly.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution, and
thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect at the same time

that Ordinance No. 2.l1i (CCS) adding Chapter 3.10 to the Santa Monica Municipal
Code is effective.
