RESOLUTION NO. 10044 (CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA SETTING LOCATION
CHARGES FOR FILMING WITHIN THE BAYSIDE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 2.72.010 authorizes
the imposition of charges for private use of public property; and
WHEREAS, Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 2.72.020 authorizes
setting such charges by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 : LOCATION CHARGES FOR FILMING
This Resolution establishes charges for filming within the Bayside District, to be
as follows:

SECTION 2: CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution, and thence forth
and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
