has prevlously resolved that there lS a need Tor a Houslng
AuthoTlty ln the Clty of Santa ~onlca; and,
WHEPgAS, lt lS the desire of the City Council that
the ~~~bers thereof shall constltute the cO~1issloners of the
Housing Authorlty.

SECTION 1.
The Clty Counell of the Clty of Santa
Monlca does hereby declare ltself to be the COR~lSSloners of
the Houslng Authority of the Clty of Santa Honlca.
SECTION 2.
All the rlghts, powers, duties, prlvil-
eges ap.d i~~unlties vested in the co~~issioners of the Housing
Authori ty shall hereafter be v2sted in the City Council of the --
City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3~
The Clty Clerk shall certify to the
adoptlon of this resolutlon, and thenceforth and Lhereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED thlS 18th day of Xovember , 1975.
