PAYMENT OF EXPFNDJTURES FOR THE OCEAN
PARK REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
The law fIrm of O'Melveny & Myers has
been employed by the City 0 f Santa t'loni c a to rend e r I eg a 1
serVIces in connection wIth the Ocean Pork Redevelopment,
which services are of benefIt to the Agency.
SECTION ?
The Redevelop~ent Agency authorizes
relmbursement to the Ci ty for the payment of legal fees of
the law fir~ of O'Melveny & Myers.
SECTION ~.
The Secretary shall certify to the

the same shall be In full force and effect.
