(herein called the "Public Housing Agency") p~opose8 (1) to enter into a. Section 8 Housing
Assistance Payments Program Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract (herein ~alled
the "Contract") with the United States of America (herein called the "Government"); and
(2) to provide for the deposit of monies pursuant to a General Deposita.r.r Agreement with
a financial institution which ia a member of tho Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
(herein called the "llank"); all vith respect to MY "Project" as defined in the Contract,
and whicb at eny time, nov or hereafter. is incorporated under the terms or INch Contract:

Section 1. The proposed Contract, designated "Section 8 Houe1ng Assistance PQmente Progrn
Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract", pursuant to the tJn1 ted Sta.teB Houling Act
of 1937. a8 amende~, consisting of Three Parts, 18 hereby approved and accepted both as to
form and substance, and the ,CIF.lU('l'lfj.. _ ,"
is hereby authorized and "'treoted to execute said Contract in three counterparts on behalf
of the Public HousiDg Agency and to forward such executed counterparts to the Govenl.l!l.snt.
together with such other documents evidenc1ncr the approval and authoridng the ezscution
thereof as may be req"i"'ed by the Government.
Section_2. The SLCelUTY PACIFIC NATIOt,1AL BA;-.lK ""
and the Public Housing Agency have previously entered into a General DepOSitarY-Agreement.
Form hU"D-S1999J. d.ated _ Iebruarv 10, 1976 '" , which provides for the deposit
of specified monies of "...Olio-or more additional low rent hous1ng projects...". The
Public Rousing AJ!ency hereby determines that pursuant to the terms of the Agreement the
afore~~m~d Bank Shall be the Depositary for the Section 8 Ha~sing Assistance Payments
Program established under the Contract hereinabove approved.

is hereby authorized and directed to file with the Government !rom time to time as p~cnt8
~e required, requisitions together with the necessar.y supporting documents requesting
periodic p~enh to be made on account of the Annual Contributions Contract, and the prape
officers of the Public Housing Agency shall prepare, execute and deliver to the Governmont
said requisitions in a form prescribed by the Government and shall accept p~t therefor
from the Government and such persons are authorized to do end }Jerform. all other th1nga and
acts required to be done or performed in order to obtain such pa,yments, which shall be
deposited and disbursed only in accordance with the provisions of the Annual ContrIbutions
Contract.
Section 4. This ResoluUon Bhall take effect immediately.

do hereby cert1fy'
1. That the attached Resolut1on is a true and correct copy of a
Resolut1on as f1nally adopted at a duly called meeting of the
Housing Authority of the City of Santa Monica
held on November 24, 1981,
and duly recorded in the off1cial records of said Govern1ng
Body; that the Resolut1on has not been amended, mod1fied, or
rescinded, and 1S now 1n full force and effect;
2. That the meet1ng was duly convened and held in all respects
1n accordance w1th law; that to the extent required by law, due
and proper not1ce of such meeting was given, that a legal quorum
was present throughout the meet1ng and that a legally sufficient
number of members of the Housing Authority of the City
of Santa MonIca - - voted in
the proper manner for adoption of sa1d Resolution; that all other
requ1rements and proceed1ngs under the law incident to the proper
adoption or passage of the Resolution, including publ1cation, 1f
required, have been duly fulfilled, carried out, and otherW1se
observed; that I am author1zed to execute th1S Cert1ficate; and
that the seal aff1xed below const1tutes the officlal seal of the
Housing Authority of the City of Santa Monica
and th1S Certif1cate is hereby executed under such official seal.
