A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA PROVIDING FOR
COMPENSATION TO MEMBERS OF SAID BODY
WHEREAS, in Resolution Number 4698 (CCS) the city council
declared itself to be the Housing Authority of the City of Santa
Monica pursuant to Ca1 ifornia Health and Safety Code section
34290; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to California Health and Safety Code
Section 34274, the Housing Authority may provide compensation for
its members,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Each member shall receive $25.00 for every
meeting attended.
No member shall receive compensation for
attending more than two meetings of the Housing Authorlty during
any calendar month.
In addition, members shall receive their
actual and necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of their
duties.

SECTION 2.
this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
