RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SN.JTA llONICA DETERMINING THAT DEVELOP-
NENT ShOULD BE EXErlPT FROi'l Ei-'IERGENCY BUILDING
110RATORIUH PURSUANT TO SECTION 3(b)
WHEREAS, on A?rl1 28, 1981, the Houslng Authorlty of
the Clty of Santa l10nlca authorlzed its chalrperson on ltS behalf to
enter lnto an agree~ent wlth RaYMond Nam to lmpose restrlctlon
on real property located at 245 Ocean Park Boulevard, Santa
i1onlca, and
rnIEREAS, the agreement provldes that one of flve
condom1nlum unlts to be develooed at the ?roperty will be sold to
a moderate lncone fanlly, and
\'JI-IEREAS, Sectlon 3(b) of Ordlnance NUITlber 1207 authorlzes
the Houslng Authorl ty of the Cl ty of Santa Honlca to deterr,l1ne
that the development be exenpt from the Eoergency BU11dlng Morator-
lum thereln estab11shed,
NOH, THEREFORE, THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SAIJTh
1'10NICA DOES RESOLVE AS rOLLmJS:
1. The development as set forth In the Agreement
Imposlng Restrlctlons on Real Property to be entered lnto bet\ieen
the Houslng Authorlty of the Clty of Santa Monlca and Raymond Nam
for development at 245 Ocean Park Boulevard, Santa ~onlca, Callfornla,
lS exenpt from the Emergency BUlldlng Moratorlum.

thlS resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter the saMe shall
