(Redevelopment Agency Series)
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA APPROVING ITS BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1994-95
WHEREAS, the proposed budget for the flscal year 1994-95
was submitted to the Redevelopment Agency as directed by Bectlon
33612 of the California Health and Safety Code; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency held a public hearing
on sald budget after a notice of said budget hearing was
publlshed not less than ten (10) days prior thereto; and
WHEREAS, after said public hearing, the Redevelopment
Agency considered further its proposed budget,
NOW THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the budget for the fiscal year 1994-95,
as submitted by the Executive D~rector and revised by the
Redevelopment Agency, wh~ch budget is ent~tled "City of Santa
Monica, Proposed Budget, 1994-95", a copy of which budget is
attached hereto, is hereby approved and adopted.
In adopting
said budget, the Redevelopment Agency intends to, and by this

adopt
and
approve
the
total
operating
appropriation, cons~sting of Salaries and Wages, Supplies and
Expenses, and Capital Outlay major expend~ture categor~es, each
program category of the Capital Improvements Budget, and the
revenue detail, and does authorize the Executlve Director to
allot as appropr~ated.
SECTION
2.
That a certlfied copy of said budget be
filed with the Director of Finance/City Controller and with the
City Clerk and certified copies of said budget be reproduced and
made ava~lable for use as directed by Sect~on 1505 of the Charter
of said C~ty.
SECTION
3.
That ~n adopting said budget, the
Redevelopment Agency does hereby reappropr~ate the unencumbered
balances and unexpended encumbrances of the 1993-94 Capital
Improvements Budget in an amount not to exceed $1,397,685.
SECTION 4. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption
of thls Resolut~on, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be In full force and effect.
