A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING THE BUDGET FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1986-1987
WHEREAS, the proposed budget for the f1scal year
1986-1987 was submitted to the Housing Author1ty thirty-five (35)
days prior to July 1, 1986: and
WHEREAS, the Hous1ng Authority held a public hear1ng on
sa1d budget after a not1ce of sa1d budget hear1ng was published
not less than ten (10) days pr10r thereto: and
WHEREAS,
after
sa1d publ1C hear1ng, the Housing
Author1ty cons1dered further 1tS proposed budget:
NOW THEREFORE, THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the budget for the fiscal year
1986-87 as submitted by the Clty Manager and reviewed by the
Hous1ng Author1ty which budget is ent1tled "City of Santa Monica,
Proposed Budget, 1986-1987", a copy of which budget 1S attached
hereto, 1S hereby approved and adopted. In adopt1ng sald budget,
the Housing Authority intends to and by this Sect10n does adopt
and approve the total operating appropr1at1on, cons1st1ng of
Salar1es, the cap1tal 1mprovements budget and the revenue detail,
and does authorize the City Manager to allot as appropriated.

SECTION 2.
That ~n adopting sa~d budget, the Housing
Authorlty
does
hereby
reappropr~ate
the 1985-86 Cap~tal
Improvements
Budget
unencumbered
balances
and unexpended
encumbrances in an amount not to exceed $120,000.
SECTION 3.
That a certlfied copy of said budget be
flled wlth the Director of Flnance/City Controller and wlth the
C~ty Clerk and certif~ed coples of sa~d budget be reproduced and
made aval1able for use as d~rected by Sectlon 1505 of the Charter
of sald C~ty.
SECTION 4.
The Clty Clerk shall certify to the
adoptlon of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
