RESOLUTION NO. 53 (HAS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA APPROVING ITS BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1992-93
WHEREAS, the proposed budget for the fiscal year 1992-93
was submitted to the Housing AuthorJ.ty thirty-five (35) days
prior to July 1, 1992j and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority held a public hearing on
said budget after a notice of said budget hearing was published
not less than ten (lQ) days prior theretoj and
WHEREAS, after said public hearing, the Housing
Authority considered further its proposed budget,
NOW THEREFORE, THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the budget for the fiscal year 1992-93,
as submltted by the City Manager and revised by the Housing
Authority, whlch budget is entitled "city of Santa Monica,
Proposed Budget, 1992-93", a copy of which budget is attached
hereto, is hereby approved and adopted. In adopting said budget,
the Housing Authorlty intends to, and by this Section does, adopt
and approve the total operating appropriation consisting of
Salaries and Wages, Supplies and Expenses and Capital outlay, and

revenue detail, and does authorize the City Manager to allot as
appropriated.
SECTION 2.
That a certified copy of said budget be
filed with the Director of Finance/City Controller and with the
City Clerk and certlfied copies of said budget be reproduced and
made available for use as dlrected by Section 1505 of the Charter
of said City.
SECTION
3.
The Clty Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
