(HOUSING AUTHORITY SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART
I OF SECTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED
ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-S20(V) AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
WHEREAS, the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
("PHA") desires to enter into a superseding Part I of the Section
8 Consolidated Annual contributions Contract ("ACC") with the
united states of America ("Government") for the Section 8 Housing
Voucher Program; and
WHEREAS, Part I of the Section 8 ACC must now be revised so
that it will consist of the following counterparts:
a. Superseding Part I of the ACC, HUD 525200 (1/89),
applicable to the Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher
Program;
b. Exhibit I to Part I, HUD 52520D (9/88), listing projects
approved prior to October 1, 1988; and
c. Exhibit II to Part I, HOD 52520D (9/88), listing projects
approved on or after October 1, 1988,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the PHA, as follows:
SECTION 1: The SUPERSEDING Part I of the Ace for the Housing
Voucher Program is hereby approved and accepted. The Chairperson
or Acting Chairperson is hereby authorized and directed to execute
the counterparts of the ACC on behalf of the PHA, and the Secretary
is hereby authorized to impress the official seal of the PHA on
each such counterpart and to forward such executed counterparts to
the Government, together with such other documents evidencing the
approval and authorizing the execution thereof as may be required
by the Government.
SECTION 2: The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
