RESOLUTION NO. 29 (HAS)
(HOOSING AUTHORITY SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING NEW
PART I AND PART II OF SECTION 8 HOOSING
VOUCHER PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS
CONTRACT NO. SF-520 (V) AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION
(Developed 4/85 to conform with HUD-52520D (AprIl 1985) for
Voucher Program)
WHEREAS, the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE C)TY OF SANTA MONICA
hereIn after called the (lIpublIC HOUSIng Agency IIPHA") desIres to
enter into an Annual ContrIbutIons Contract lI1ACC") WI th the
UnIted States of AmerIca (IIGovernmentll) for the SectIon 8 EXISt-
ing HOUSIng Voucher Program; and
WHEREAS, the SectIon 8 EXIstIng HOUSIng Voucher ACC conSIsts
of the followIng counterparts:
a. Part I of the ACC, HUD-52520D (4/85) applIcable
to the SectIon 8 EXIstIng HOUSIng Voucher
Program;
b. Part II of the ACC, HUD-52530E (4/85) applIcable
to the SectIon 8 EXIstIng HOUSIng Voucher
Program.
NOW THEREFORE, THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The New Part I and Part II of. the ACC for the Sec-
tIon 8 Existing HOUSIng Voucher Program-.~are hereby approved and
accepted. The ChaIrman IS hereby 4uthorIzed and dIrected to ex-
ecute the counterparts of the ACC on behalf of the PHA, and the
Secretary IS hereby author I zed to Impress the off leI a 1 sea 1 of
the PHA on each such counterpart and to forward such executed
counterparts to the Government together wIth such other documents
eVIdenCIng the approval and autho:rlZIng the executIon of, as may
be reqUIred by the Government.
SECTION 2. The Secretary shall certify to the adoptIon of
thIS ResolutIon, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
