A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING SUPER-
SEDING PART I AND NEW PART II OF SECTION
8 HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM ANNUAL CON-
TRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF- 520 AND AUTHOR-
IZING EXECUTION

WHEREAS, the HOUS ING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
here 1 n after called (" PubllC Hous 1 ng Agency" II PHA 11) entered Into
a Sectlon 8 Annual Contrlbutlons Contract ("ACC") on February 10,
1976 Wl th the Secretary of HousIng and Urbano/Development as amen-
ded, and the United States of AmerIca ("Government") i and
WHEREAS, the S ectI on 8 ACC mus t now ~ be rev 1 sed so that It
WIll consIst of the folloWIng counterparts:
a. SupersedIng Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520B
(12/84), applIcable to the SectIon 8 EXIstIng
HousIng CertIfIcate Program.
b. New Part II of the ACC, HUD 52520E (12/84), ap-
pllcable to Sectlon 8 EXlstIng HousIng Certlfl-
ca te Progranl.
NOW THEREFORE, THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The SUPERSEDING Part I Sectlon 8 Ace and the new-
Part II of the ACC for the Houslng CertIfIcate Program are hereby
approved and accepted~. The ChaIrman 15 hereby authorIzed and
dIrected to execute the counterparts of'kbe Ace on behalf of the
PHA, and the Secretary IS hereby ay,thorIzed to Impress the offI-
CIal seal of the PHA on each such counterpart and to forward such
executed counterparts to the Government together WIth such other
documents eVIdencIng the approval and authorIZIng the executlon
thereof as may be requIred by the Government.
SECTION 2. The Secretary shall certIfy to the adoptIon of
thIS ResolutIon, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
