A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I AND NEW PART
II OF SECTION 8 HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM ANNUAL CON-
TRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-52e AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION
(REVISED 6/85 TO CONFORM WITH HUD 52520B JUNE 1985)
WHEREAS, the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA,
("PHA") entered Into a SectIon 8 Annual ContrIbutIons Contract
("ACC") on March 3e, 1976 as anLended, WIth the UnIted States of
AmerIca ("Governmentn); and
WHEREAS, the S ec tI on 8 ACC must now be reVl sed so that 1 t
WIll conSIst of the following counterparts:
a. SupersedIng Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520B (6/85),
applI cable to the SectIon 8 EXIst I ng HOllS lng Cer-
tIfIcate Program.
b. New Part II of the ACC, HUD 52520E (6/8S), ap-
plIcable to the SectIon 8 EXIstIng HOUSIng CertIfI-
cate pragrant.
NOW THEREFORE, THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The SUPERSEDING Part I SectIon 8 ACC and the new
Part II of the ACC for the HOUSIng CertIficate Program are hereby
approved and accepted. The Secretary 15 hereby author 1 zed and
dIrected to execute the counterparts of the ACC on behalf of the
PHA, to Impress the offICIal seal of the PHA on each such coun-
terpart and to forward such executed counterparts to the Govern-
nlent together WI th such other documents eVl denc Ing the approva 1
and authorIzing the executIon thereof as may be requIred by the
Government.
SECTION 2. The Secretary shall certIfy to the adoptIon of
thIS ResolutIon, and thenceforth and thereafter the sante shall be
in full force and effect.
