II OF SECTIO~ 8 ~OUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM AN~UAL CON-
TRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-52g A~D AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION
(REVISED 6/85 TO CONFOR~ WITH HUD 52520'B JUNE 1985)
WHEREAS, the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA,
("PHA") entered Into a SectIon 8 Annual ContrIbutIons Contract
("ACC") on Harch 3@, 1976 as a~Lended, Wlt:J. the UnIted States of
ArIlerlca ("Government"); and
WHEREAS, the Sectlon 8 ACC must now be revlsed so that It
WIll consIst of the followIng counterparts:
a. SUgersedl:1g Part I of the ACC, HUD 5252gB (6/85),
aPl?ll cable to the S ectl on 8 EXI st I ng Hous i ng Cer-
tlflcate Program.
b. New Part I I or the ACC, HUD 52520E (6/85), ap-
pllcable to the Sectlon a EXIstlng HousIng Certifi-
ca te Prog ranL.
~ow THE?EFORE, THE HOUSI~G AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIO~ 1. The SU?ERSSDING Part I SectIon 3 A2C and the new
Part II of the Ace for the HOUSIng CertIflcate Program are hereby
approved and accepted. The Sec.retary 1 s hereby author I zed and
dIrected to execute the counterparts of the ACC on behalf of the
?HA, to Impress the offlclal seal of the PHA on each such coun-
terpart and to forward such eXEcuted counterparts to the Govern-
ment together w~th such other documents eUldenclng the approval
and auc:ho r 1 zIng the exec'..l t 1 on t~ereo f as may be requ I red by the

SECTION 2. The Secretary shall certIfy to the adoptIon of
thls Resol~tlon, and thencefor::j and thereafter the same shall be
