A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
APPROVING ITS BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1995-96
WHEREAS, the proposed budget for the fiscal year 1995-96 was
submitted to the Housing Authority thirty-five (35) days prior to July
1, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the Houslng Authorlty held a public hearlng on sald
budget after a notice of sald budget hearing was published not less than
ten (10) days prior thereto; and
WHEREAS, after said public hearing, the Housing Authority
considered further its proposed budget,
NOW THEREFORE, THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
The budget as submitted by the City Manager and
revised by the Housing Authority, entitled "City of Santa Monica,
Proposed Budget, 1995-9611 (Budget), is hereby approved and adopted. In
adopting the Budget, the Housl.ng Authority intends to, and by th~s
Section does, adopt and approve the total operating appropriation
consisting of Salaries and Wages, Supplies and Expenses and Capital
Outlay, and revenue detail. The City Manager is authorized to allot as
appropriated. A copy of the Budget is attached hereto as Exh~bit A.
SECTION 2. A certlfied copy of the Budget shall be flIed with
the Director of Finance/Clty Controller and with the City Clerk, and
certified copies of the Budget shall be reproduced and made available
for use as directed by Section 1505 of the Charter of sa~d City.
SECTION 3. The Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in
full force and effect.
