A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
APPROVING ITS BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1994-95
WHEREAS, the proposed budget for the fiscal year 1994-95
was submitted to the Housing Author~ty thirty-five (35) days
prior to July 1, 1994i and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority held a pub11c hearing on
said budget after a notice of said budget hearing was published
not less than ten (10) days prior thereto; and
WHEREAS,
after said publ~c hearlng,
the Housing
Authority considered further its proposed budget,
NOW THEREFORE, THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1
That the budget for the fiscal year 1994-95,
as submitted by the C~ty Manager and revised by the Housing
Authority, Wh1Ch budget 1S entitled "C1ty of Santa Monica,
Proposed Budget, 1994-95", a copy of wh~ch budget 1.S attached
hereto, is hereby approved and adopted, In adopting said budget,
the Housing Authority intends to, and by this Section does, adopt
- 1 -
and approve the total operating appropr~ation consisting of
Salaries and Wages, Suppl~es and Expenses and Capital Outlay, and
revenue detail, and does authorize the City Manager to allot as
appropr~ated.
SECTION
2.
That a certified copy of said budget be
filed with the D2rector of F~nance/C~ty Controller and with the
City Clerk and certified copies of said budget be reproduced and
made available for use as d~rected by Sect~on 1505 of the Charter
of said City.
SECTION
3 .
The C~ty Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
