A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
APPROVING ITS BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1994-95
WHEREAS, the proposed budget for the fiscal year 1994-95
was submitted to the parking Authority thirty-five (35) days
prior to July 1/ 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Parking Authority held a public hearing on
sald budget after a notice of sald budget hearing was published
not less than ten (10) days prlor theretoi and
WHEREAS,
after said publlC hearl.ng,
the Parking
Authority considered further its proposed budget,
NOW THEREFORE, THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the budget for the fiscal year 1994-95,
as submltted by the Executive Director and revised by the Parking
Authority, which budget is entitled nCity of Santa Monlca,
Proposed Budget, 1994-95'1, a copy of WhlCh budget is attached
hereto, is hereby approved and adopted. In adopting said budget,
the Parklng Authority lntends to, and by this Section does, adopt
and approve the total operating appropriation, consisting of
Salaries and Wages, Supplies and Expenses, and Capital Outlay
