A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING AMENDED PART I
OF SECTION 8 HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM AN-
NUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-520 AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Monica
("FHA") desires to enter into an amended Annual Contributions
Contract ("ACC") with the United States of America ("Government")
for the section 8 Existing Housing certificate Program: and
WHEREAS, the amended Part I of the section 8 Existing Hous-
ing certificate ACC consists of the following counterparts:
a. Part I of the ACC, HUD-S2520B(6j85) applicable to the
section 8 Existing Housing certificate Program:
b. Exhibit I to Part I of the ACC amending Project No. CA16-
Elll-003:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The amended Part I and Exhibit I of the Ace for
the Section 8 Existing Housing certificate Program are hereby
approved and accepted. The Secretary is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the counterparts of the ACC on behalf of the
FHA, to impress the official seal of the PHA on each such coun-
terpart, and to forward such executed counterparts to the Govern-
ment together with such other documents evidencing the approval
and authorizing the execution thereof as may be required by the
Government.
SECTION 2. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
