A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING AMENDED PART I
OF SECTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM ANNUAL
CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-520V AND AU-
THORIZING EXECUTION
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Monica
("PHA") desires to enter into an amended Annual contributions
Contract ("ACC" ) with the United States of America ("Government")
for the section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program; and
WHEREAS, the amended Part I of the Section 8 Existing Hous-
ing Voucher ACC consists of the following counterparts:
a. Part I of the ACC, HUD 525200(6/85) applicable to the
Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program;
b. Exhibit I to Part I of the Ace adding Project No. CA16-
V111-003i
NOW, THEREFORE, THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The amended Part I and Exhibit I of the ACC for
the Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program are hereby ap-
proved and accepted. The Secretary is hereby authorized and di-
rected to execute the counterparts of the ACC on behalf of the
PHA, to impress the official seal of the PHA on each such coun-
terpart and to forward such executed counterparts to the Govern-
ment together with such other documents evidencing the approval
and authorizing the execution thereof as may be required by the
Government.
SECTION 2. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
