RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA, TRANSMITTING A LAND DISPOSI-
TION AGREEMENT WITH HFH, LTD., A PARTNERSHIP, FOR THE
SALE AND DEVELOPMENT OF OCEAN PARK PROJECTS 1 (A) AND
I(B) TO THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING
AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND CONSENTING TO A PUBLIC HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Monica, Cali~
fornia, entered into a Land Disposition Agreement for the sale and devel-
opment of Ocean Park Projects 1 (a), l (b) and P.O.P. with Crescent Bay
Properties on August 2, 1971; and,
WHEREAS, Crescent Bay Properties has with their full knowledge and
approval consented to the Agency entering into negotiations with HFH,
LTD., for the development of Projects] (a) and I (b), and,
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Monica, Cal i-
fornia, desires to recommend a Land DisposItion Agreement with HFH, LTD.,
a partnership, for the sale and development of the Ocean Park Redevelop-
ment Projects] (a) and I(b) to the City Council of.the City of Santa
Honica.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA. CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. The Land Disposition Agreement with HFH, LTD., for the develop-
nlent of Ocean Park Projects 1 (a) and 1 (b) is approved for the
purpose of submission to the City Counei 1 of the City of Santa
Monica, and the Executive Director is authorized to make said
submission and recommend and request the approval of the City
Council of the City of Santa Monica;
2. The Executive Director IS authorized to transmit the Land Dis-
position Agreement to the Department of Housing and Urban Devel-
opment and recommend and request the approval of the Department
of Housing and Urban Development;
3. The Agency does hereby consent to holding a Pub! ic Hearing on
the Land Disposition Agreement and authorizes the Executive
Director to select an appropriate date for such Public Hearing
and to take any other action necessary for the holding of such
Hearing for the consideration of the Land Disposition Agreement.
