RESOLUTIO~ AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL OF PROPOSED
REDEVELOPMENT PL2'u,{ FOR THE DOWNTm-m REDEVELOP-
~ENT PROJECT TO THE CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency has prepared a
proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Downtown Redevelop-
ment Project and has author~zed submission of the pro-
posed Redevelopment Plan to the Planning Commission for
lts report and recommendation pursuant to the California
Co~~unity Redevelopment Lawj
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Executive
Dlrector of the Redevelopment Agency is hereby author-
lzed and directed to transm~t the Redevelopment Plan for
the Downtown Redevelopment Project to the City Council.
