desires to recorrmend amendments to the Amended Redevelopment Plan for
the Ocean Park Project; (b) .0 the City Councilor the City of Santa Monica.
~cw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AG~NCV Of TriE
CiTY OF SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNiA, as fo1 lcws:
I. The proposed amendment5 to the Amended Redevelopment Plan
fo, the Ocean Park Project I (b) (attached hereto as Exhibit "A")
are hereby approved for purposes of sub~ission to the Planning
CO~",i5Sion and the City Council of the City of Santa Monica.
2. T~e Executive Director of the Agency is hereby directed to
transmit the proposed amendments to the Planning Co~"is5ion
tor its report and recorrc.endaticn.
3. The Executive Director i5 hereby directed to transmit the
proposed amendments to the City Council for its co~sideration
at a public hearing.
4. The A~ency hereby con5ent5 to holding a joint public hearing
with the City Council on the p,oposed a~endments and hereby
,eque5ts the City COLocil to consent to such a joint public
head ng.
5. The Executive Director is authorizeG to select with the City
Clerk an appropriate date for such joint pub1 ic hearing, ~nG
to publish notice of such joint public hearing and to take
any other action nece5sary for the holding at such joln~ public
hearing ror the consideration of the proposed amendments by
the Agency and the City COJncil.
