A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA 110NICA ADOPTING RULES GOVERNING
PARTICIPATION BY OWNERS OPERATORS OF BUSINESSES
AND TENANTS IN THE DOrmTO,~ REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, these rules are prowulgated to implement the
prOV1Slons of the Redevelopment Plan for the Downtown Redevelop-
ment ProJect regarding participation and the exercise of prefer-
ences by owners, operators of businesses and tenants in the
Project area; and
rlliEREAS, these rules set forth the procedures govern-
lng such preferences and participatlon; and
WHEREAS, the Agency desires participation in the growth
and development of the Project area by as many owners, operators
of buslnesses and business tenants as possible;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PESOLVED, that the rules govern-
lng participation and preferences by owners, operators of busi-
nesses, and tenants attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incor-
porated hereln by this reference, are hereby adopted.
