RESOLUTION NO. 307 (R,A.S,)
RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR THE
PAYMENT OF UNUSED SICK LEAVE.
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Monica adopted Resolution No. 3750-B
on October 13, 1970, which establ ished compensation rates and personnel
policies for the City of Santa Monica, and
WHEREAS, Section 4 of said Resolution provides that each employee
is to be paId the difference between actual sick leave days taken
