RESOLUTION NO. 331 (R.A.S.)
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TR&~SMITTAL OF PROPOSED
REDEVELOPr-tENT Phi\N TO CITY PLANNING CO:IHISSION
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Santa Monica has prepared a proposed Redevelopnent Plan
for the Downtown Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS, the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the
Downtown Redevelopment Project conforms to the requ~re-
ments of the Callfornia Community Redevelopment Law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa
Monica 1S hereby authorlzed and directed to transmit the
proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Downtown Redevelopment
Project to the Planning Commisslon of the Clty of Santa
Monlca for lts report and recommendation as requlred by
the Californla Community Redevelopment Law.
