RESOLUTION NO. 329 (R.A.S.)
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT TO CITY COUNCIL
ON PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE Do~mTO~m
REDEVELOP~lliNT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL
OF SAID REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency, pursuant to the
California Community Redevelopment Law has prepared a
Report to the City Council on the proposed Redevelopment
Plan for the Downtown Redevelopment Project;
HOI\', THEREFORE, BE I T RESOLVED AS FOLLO\\'S:
1. The Report to the City Councll on
the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the
Downtown Redevelopment Project 1S in conform-
ity with the California Community Redevelop-
ment Law and is hereby approved.
2. The Executive D1rector of the Rede-
velopment Agency is hereby authorized and
directed to transffi1t the Report to the City
Co~~cil on the proposed Redevelopment PIan to
