A RESOLL~ION OF THE REDEVELOPME~T AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MOKICA ADOPTING
PERCENT FOR ART PROGRAM
MiEREAS, the CIty CouncIl of the Clty of Santa Monlca has
establlshed an Arts Commission to carry out certaln spec1f1ed
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Arts Commissions has recommended that the City
Council of the City of Santa Monica adopt a Percent for the Art
Program: and
WHEREAS, by Resolutlon Number 6854 (CCS) the City Counc1l
of the Clty of Santa Monica has adopted a Percent for the Art
Program: and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the Clty of Santa
Monlca desires to make the Percent for the Art Program appllcable
to capltal proJects that it carrles out,
NOW, THERr::FORE, THE REDEVELOP!1ENT AGENCY OF THE CI TY OF
SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
The Percent for Art Program adopted by the
Cl ty Couucll of the Cl ty of Santa Monlca by Resolutlon Number
6854 (CCS), 15 hereby made applicable to the Redevelopment Agency
of the Clty of Santa Monlca.

SECTION 2.
The Secretary shall cert~fy to the adopt1on of
this Resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
ln full force and effect.
